A friend of mine has just started up a blog about food in concert with a co=conspirator. It's not about cooking, but about all aspects of food. Andrew's writing is superb, and I highly recommend that all and sundry run, not walk, to bookmark the page. You can find it here:

He is a master of Chinese tea-making ritual, who has studied the intricate mysteries of the art of tea for several years and now teaches masterclasses in tea appreciation. I, of course, am an Englishman. So who can really say which of us is right?"
Phoenix Wright peeps may not be surprised to learn that sometimes it is Andrew I hear in my head when writing dialogue for Edgeworth. Andrew, however, will probably be appalled to hear this. But you know, he's the only person I know that has a comparable obsession with tea :)
